OnlineVECTRI
There is a online version of VECTRI - presently v1.24, soon to be updated to the latest v1.31.
This development by the University of Cologne, which they refer to as the "Multi-Agency-System", allows the user to integrate the model for a single point location without the need to set it up on a local computer or desktop. The system has a number of pre-defined datasets for locations in west Africa, or if you have daily temperature and rainfall data for a location you wish to study, you may upload this to the site.
The interface allows the user to set all the available model parameters, and there is also a version of the Liverpool dynamical malaria model (LMM), to enable the user to make model intercomparisons.
