From v1.7 the model has a python-based calibration routine to parameter settings, that allows you to calibrate the model within the parameter priors for your region of interest. This can be done with a timeseries of cases for a give (set) of location(s), or using the database of site surveys of PF prevalence compiled by MAP Oxford.
