INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON MODELS OF NEUTRINO MASS
Trieste, September 17 - 21, 2012
The goal of the workshop is to discuss in depth the possible nature and origins of neutrino masses and mixings, to review the status of different mechanisms and models and their future tests and to explore new ideas about neutrino mass generation
The workshop will be held at the Adriatico Guesthouse in Grignano (Trieste, Italy) from 17 - 21 September 2011.
Topics of the workshop will include:
- Determination of mass and mixing parameters.
- Neutrino mass and the electroweak symmetry breaking.
- Nature of neutrino mass: hard - soft (enviroment dependent).
- Neutrinos and Dark sector of the Universe.
- Mechanisms of neutrino mass generation.
- Neutrino mass and Grand Unification, SUSY, Strings.
- Neutrinos and extra Dimensions.
- Flavor symmetries and lepton mixing.
- Neutrinos and fundamental symmetries.
- New neutrino states: experimental and theoretical status.
- Implications of the LHC data for Neutrinos .
