May 28nd - 30th, 2002 - Durban, South Africa Workshop on "Property rights and environmental management" Short Description A group of 15 young researchers, mainly from India and sub-Saharan Africa, were invited to present their work and to discuss it with expert scientists. Of the 15 presentations, 7 were judged worthy to be published after revision. Authors were therefore invited to spend a week, from September 30th to October 4th 2002, at the ICTP to review theirs papers. Revised papers were published as Working Papers of the EEE Programme.
