Guidelines for oral and posters presentations

Speakers, for oral contributions, will be assigned 10 minutes for their presentations and 5 minutes for the corresponding discussion. The conference room will be equipped with:

* 1 overhead projector
* 1 slide projector and carousels
* 1 projector for Power Point.

All the speakers are requested to give the material, ready for the presentation, to the conference assistants at the beginning of each session.

As a large number of abstracts have been submitted, we have organized a poster session on 17th September, 2003. Kindly notice that we have assigned a brief five-minute oral presentation for some posters. (The final program shall be inserted in the website of the conference in due course.)

Posters will be on display in the Art Gallery area, Adriatico Guest House, from Tuesday, 16 September till Friday 19 September 2003. Conference participants that are planning to present a poster should display their material over a surface not larger than 80 cm (width) x 180 cm (height).
