Retired Professor (pension status granted in August 1990), Universidad Simon Bolivar, Caracas.

My present Institute is The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (International Atomic Agency, and UNESCO), Trieste Italy. It was founded in 1964 for promoting research, training and science in the emerging countries.
