There are several datasets that must be downloaded in order for you to run RegCM3.  For the two parts of the RegCM3 Pre-Processor, Terrain and ICBC, terrestrial variables (elevation, landuse, sea surface temperature) and three-dimensional isobaric meteorological data (temperature, humidity, geopotential height, zonal and meridional wind, vertical velocity, surface pressure) are required.
